General description:
The hotel IL Mercato is located approx. 3 km from the Palma Beach, a private sandy beach, linked by a free shuttle service. At the beach, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers free of charge. The tourist centre is only a few metres away. The town Cairo is around 500 km away (Dahab around 150 km). Shopping facilities are located approx.50 m from the hotel. There are restaurants and bars within a very short distance of the hotel. The following attractions can be reached from the hotel: Naama Bay (approx. 10 km away). For medical treatment in emergencies there is a hospital around 2 km away. The hotel and airport are linked by a shuttle (for a fee).

Recently renovated in 2019, the 3-storey resort has 318 rooms, and spread over one main building and 2 adjoining buildings. It offers its guests a 24h reception (check-in from 14:00, check-out until 12:00), a lobby with bar, a lift, air conditioning, a mini market, a sky bar, a free parking area and a money changing facility. For the meals, there are three restaurants (air-conditioned). In a total 3 bars, you can relax in good company. WiFi is available for free. Room cleaning is free of charge. Room service, laundry / ironing service and medical service are available for a fee.

Pool:
In the outdoor area of the hotel you will find 4 fresh water pools with a children´s pool integrated into the main pool. Here, there are sun umbrellas and sun loungers for free available.
